Why you need an online coach

You can find training programs free online, just google it. With an online coach you also get someone to keep you accountable, guide you along the way and show you how to make a training program work for you. 

We’re dedicated to you

We only take on a maximum of 25 clients at a time. This means you get the attention you deserve. What we ask from you is that you stick with us at least three months to give the process enough time to take effect.

Although top level functional fitness athletes might make this look intimidating, when properly programmed it’s a great training blueprint for everyday people. Your coach, Matt

I started my fitness journey in junior high school as a Cross Country runner—a pretty bad one actually! But I knew fitness was something that would be with me for a lifetime. For a few years, I was an amateur triathlete that got a lot of injuries. I know know those injuries were as a result of a lack of strength for my body to withstand the training I was doing. About 6 years ago I discovered functional fitness and I was instantly hooked. So hooked, that it inspired me to become a coach. 

Over the past 5+ years I’ve coached a variety of people online and in person. Currently, I hold the following certificates/certifications;

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • CrossFit L2 Trainer
  • CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer
  • USA Weightlifting L1 Coach

I’m motivated and ready to help you reach your fitness goals—whether you’re just starting out or experienced and need some guidance and accountability.
