I started my fitness journey in junior high school as a Cross Country runner—a pretty bad one actually! But I knew fitness was something that would be with me for a lifetime. For a few years, I was an amateur triathlete that got a lot of injuries. I know know those injuries were as a result of a lack of strength for my body to withstand the training I was doing. About 6 years ago I discovered functional fitness and I was instantly hooked. So hooked, that it inspired me to become a coach.
Over the past 5+ years I’ve coached a variety of people online and in person. Currently, I hold the following certificates/certifications;

- CrossFit L2 Trainer
- CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer
- USA Weightlifting L1 Coach
