Best for people who already have a good understanding of fitness & exercies but need some extra guidance. Using email, video chat & phone calls, we’ll communicate and discuss your goals and how to achieve them. All progress will be logged and tracked online so we can see how you’re progressing.

Combo
If you’re self-motivated and want to mostly workout on your own but need occasional guidance, this option might be best for you. We’ll meet with you in-person on a regular basis to provide one-on-one training as well as provide weekly training plans online.
