Was going for 2mi, but couldn’t keep up the pace & wanted to save a bit for the rest of the workout. Got HR up pretty good though! 

Swim
Warmup: 200y swim, 100y drill, 100y kick (50y board/50y back), 100y pull
Main: 25y sprint, :30 recovery x10
Challenge: 10 pushups, 50y sprint 3x for time: 3:23
Last time did 3:14, 2nd & 3rd time through were tough. 

Fuel: Quest bar + Optimum Platinum Pre
