Training Log: 01.02.2014

Kept waking up feeling hot. Still feeling a sore throat. Stayed home from work in the morning to sleep more/rest but worked afternoon.

HRV improved from yesterday (82).

CrossFit was canceled due to snow so worked out at YMCA on my own (and waited out traffic!). Didn’t go too hard since I’m still feeling the sore throat, but other wise ok.

Snatch practice w/ empty bar

Thrusters 5 reps at each increasing weight
